User Agent Style Sheets
The WHATWG defines a list of default CSS declarations as a recommendation for browser vendors. Most of them have their own definitions that are more or less similar to these recommendations, for example Firefox, Chrome, and Webkit. The default CSS styling is applied to websites by default as a baseline and can be extended by both the user or the website author.
